Invitations
are sent out to the companies that figured in
each of the two merit lists: BT 500 list of Most
Valuable Companies for 2012 and the Business
World Real 500 for the year 2012. Apart from
this, brochures/advertisements are sent for
inviting applications from various organisations
in public and private sector organisations in
manufacturing, services, trade and other
sectors.
The applicants are
asked to fill in the attached questionnaire (as
part of the application form) listing various HR
and business metrics covering various areas of
training, learning and development and business
performance.
Data provided by the
applicants are analyzed by an Expert Panel of
cross-functional professionals drawn from
various sectors. Wherever required, additional
data and presentations are requested by the
panel.
Expert Panel then shortlists Top 3 applications;
in Private and Public Sector respectively. The
esteemed Jury Members finally selects the
winners; one each in Private and Public Sector.
